Data Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

Configure IT systems based on clearly defined tasks provided in Excel templates

Manage reference data: products, retail locations, routes, users, etc.

Determine geographic coordinates for retail outlets

Standardize client-provided data according to predefined templates
-
Validate client-submitted information for accuracy and completeness
-
Maintain both external and internal product-related documentation
Professional and Personal Competencies:
-
Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, text functions, and pivot tables
-
Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a multitasking environment, analytical thinking, self-organization, responsibility
-
Clear and structured communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders
-
Ability to write structured knowledge base articles, checklists, and other documentation
Nice to Have:

Knowledge of SQL
-
Basic proficiency in English
